Castlewood has been approved by the City of Taylor for 239 single family lots and over 9 acres of commercial street frontage directly across from Taylor ISD High School. Townbridge Capital has acquired the property and completed the zoning, planned development agreement, and annexation as needed for development. Currently, Townbridge is engaged with architects, civil engineers, and landscape architects to complete the necessary construction plans for the development. Castlewood is estimated to be approved for construction by March 2020.
